The Owner

Engr. Severino G. Domingo Sr. graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the Bulacan College of Arts and Trades (BCAT), now known as Bulacan State University (BulSU). He was one of the very first graduates of the Civil Engineering degree program of BCAT. Engr. Domingo was known for his diligence in his work, which was apparent when he started working in the construction industry at an early age. He became a laborer, a time keeper, a carpenter, a mason, a welder, a tinsmith, a leadman, and a foreman.He was able to experience and evolve in all these positions even before he graduated from BCAT in 1983. During this time, he was already exposed to several construction projects of the Philippine National Construction Corporation (PNCC) that specialized in the construction of girders. In 1984, Engr. Domingo began to teach at the Bulacan State University where he shared his expertise in planning estimates, differential equations, steel design, and foundation engineering. In 1985, he became part of Freysinnet Philippines Inc. He started as a Fabrication Engineer, and later, became the Senior Fabrication Engineer, then Head of Operations, then Assistant General Manager, and finally became General Manager until 1998. It was at this point when he dedicated his full attention in managing his own company, the DSG Engineering and Construction, which was established as a single proprietorship in April 13, 1994. He incorporated it to be known as the DSG Construction Inc., in March 26, 2002. He used his knowledge and experience in the construction of horizontal and vertical structures such as roads, bridges, tunneling works, and buildings.

The Company

was first established as a single proprietorship, known as DSG Engineering and Construction in April 13, 1994 in Antipolo, Rizal. It was created to complement the rising nationwide demand in the construction of buildings and bridges, subdivision development, and suppliers of pre-cast pre-stressed AASHTO-I girders. The company was incorporated on March 26, 2002 to what is now known as the DSG Construction Inc. DSGCI operated its pre-casting plant at PNR Compound Engineering Workshop in Caloocan City providing concrete sleepers to Philippine National Railways (PNR). It expanded its pre-casting plant in Triangulo, Naga City and Binahaan, Pagbilao, Quezon which operated until 2012. It was moved to Brgy. San Luis, Antipolo City and Brgy. Makinabang, Baliuag, Bulacan. DSGCI is continuously aiming to spread its prowess in the construction of pre-casts, railroads, roads and highways, bridges, sewer lines, and tunneling works. On April 5, 2019 DSGCI was accredited by Manila Water, Inc. as General Contractor engaged in General Construction for Pile Driving Works. For the timely need of water supply in Metro Manila DSGCI diversify it resources and capabilities to assess and rehabilitate several abandoned deep wells owned by Manila Water Company, Inc. and many other private Villages and Subdivision in Quezon City, and province of Rizal. DSGCI also want to explore in Lift Stations, Sewerage Treatment Plant and pipe line utilizing “Precast Self Sinking Method” and looking forward to work with foreign partners to engaged in micro tunneling works.
